We had a great time this past weekend at Sy-Con Presents: Bricks Rock at the Syosset Public Library in Syosset, NY.
There were three stop-motion animation workshops held over the two days. The pre-registration filled up almost immediately. Here is the footage taken during the workshops.
We also had eight tables worth of LEGO creations on display featuring Great Ball Contraption, City, Super Hero, Pop Culture, and Space themes.
There were a handful of music-themed minifigures hidden throughout the display that kids had to find. If they found every minifigure on the chart, they were entered into a raffle to win one of four mid-sized LEGO sets.
We got a lot of great feedback from library staff and guests. Thanks to the Syosset Public Library for hosting us and thanks to everyone who came out to the event!
