I LUG NY members were in attendance at the Sayville Library’s first annual Fan Fest this past weekend.

We were thrilled to be displaying our passion for the LEGO hobby to the hundreds of guests in attendance. Members shared cities in several scales (micro, micropolis and modular), stand-alone MOCs of different modes of transportation, a moonbase and mosaics.
The event had a lot going on and we were happy to be a part of such a well run, family friendly, pop-culture themed event. We were invited back next year and we expect that our presence will be much larger, considering we only learned of this event less than two weeks before it occurred. All things considered (short lead time, only a handful of members in attendance) we were very pleased with our layout and are very happy to be invited back next year!
